We are having a difficult time with a roof claim and been through 2 company provided adjuster. We want to bring in an independent adjuster to take a look at a roof. Anyone have a contact in the NW Harris CO/Cypress area?

If you want an honest opinion on the roof, I would contact Jason Duke with Infinity Roofing in San Antonio. He also services the Katy area. His number is 281-639-0099. As I said he is as honest as they come and deals with insurance companies on a regular basis. I bet he can guide or advise you on your issue. He is also a frequent contributor to roofing problems on this forum. You will thank me later.

Good luck, so sorry ... they are tough as a boot but report back if A-OK.
My best guess is a Home Inspector if your roofer doesn't have a friendly referral.

Thanks for the leads. It might be perceived as a conflict of interest for the roofer to suggest a public adjuster when dealing with a carrier. Hence we are looking here.

Let me suggest that you consider a professional engineer to do an inspection of the roof and then you can provide evidence to State Farm of the damage.
