I received the engineered framing plan back for a project I will be building here in Bryan, Tx. The home has a second story open deck above the garage. I plan to use a TPO roof sloped at 1/4" per foot with a pedestal system above it supporting level concrete pavers.
When I had my home designed, the designer said that there would be plenty of space for the deck system, drainage and framing above the garage. But, the engineers will not include the specific framing details for this space in their framing design. So, I'm needing a detailed framing plan for this section of the house so that the framers can build it correctly.
If y'all can recommend someone to make a detailed framing plan for this section of the house, let me know. I'm wanting to get this work done as soon as possible, so that I can move forward with project.
