I'd highly recommend Chris Allen at Alliance Pools and Patio out of Haslet.

He did a large pool renovation for me last year in Keller, working in conjunction with my contractor that was doing a large pool house build for me. Chris can also do the outdoor living / kitchen part I think, but I already had contracted with someone else for all of that, and they found Chris for me to handle all the pool and decking/pavers work.

He was very attentive and was on the job site overseeing every time there were subs out doing plaster or tile or pavers or so forth.
