Possible to save these trees?

My emerald green arborviate all look like the tree on the right pic below - zero green. We had an issue where the drip lines in our beds were busted so 3 of the 4 were never receiving water for much of the summer drought. The one that was getting water looks the same however so my guess is the heat would have done this to the others anyway.

Black thumb here reporting that any of my evergreens that got that far gone never came back but my problems were mostly salty city water clogging up their arteries when the rains did not come

Those trees just don't do well in wet soils. Fredericksburg hill country area is better but they are still hit or miss.
