Go to Neil Sperry's site or google Neil Sperry and take all root rot. According to the photos on his site, you have it and now is the timeframe when it appears. Here is the link, hope you find it helpful. Let me add that in one of his recent news letter he recommended a new product for this it was Scott's EX fungus control.

I've had TARR the past two years in my Zoysia lawn. I have a commercial guy that does all the fertilizing, weed killer, etc and he had some success last year spraying Heritage. It came back worse than ever this year with the wet spring. I decided to try and treat myself so I used the Scotts Disease EX which I read is the consumer version of Heritage. This along with peat moss has provided really positive results so far.
