Painting the siding by brush is becoming too time consuming. Anybody tried the Wagner paint sprayers? Pros and Cons? Yes or no?

They suck, don't waste your time or money.

Seriously though, they are weak and work ok for thin products like stain. You would have to thin the paint down to much to make it work.

If you don't paint often, you are better off renting a small contractor spray rig from a place like home depot or some rental yards have them. Probably $50 to $75 per day.

Bought one to use and took it back the next day. Rent a professional one that sticks straight into a 5 gallon bucket. It'll make your work a lot easier.

i think it was Family Handyman magazine had a good writeup recently of sprayer reviews. might look for that if you can.
