Has anyone used 2nd swing with any sort of regularity and had good results? I recently ordered a brand new ping g430 driver from them. I was able to customize the grip, shaft, etc on their website which was nice.

Fast forward to delivery and the club shows up with the wrong grip, a crushed box, and no adjustment tool. I called them and they said they'd mail me an adjustment tool, and credit me for the grip upgrade price. Good customer service after the fact, but really poor quality control.

The box they used for shipping was terrible. Reminded me of the old cheap golfsmith boxes back in the day. Zero internal reinforcement like the manufacturer boxes and little to no packing material in the box.

Short version, I hope I just had a bad experience. They seem like a good company, but my initial experience was probably a 5/10.

I've bought a ton from them over the years. Can't say I've ever had an experience like that before. I'd just chalk it up to a new employee or someone having a bad day.

Not 2nd swing, but I had a somewhat similar experience with Callaway Pre-Owned. I had a large gap between my 3 wood and 4 iron. I have a 3 iron but I hit it too low and wanted something I could hit 240ish and high. Found a 5 wood. I hit x-stiff in driver but my 3 wood is stiff so I ordered a stiff flex in the 5 wood. They send me an x-stiff and I can absolutely roast that club and I have to try to hit it high otherwise it's just a bullet. So yay for me for finding a club I can hit pretty far but now I still don't have a solution to the problem I was trying to solve.

Not 2nd swing, but I recently bought a 5 iron on eBay and it arrived snapped in half in a poorly packaged box. I wasn't even mad, I was actually impressed. Needless to say I got a refund.

I typically order from Callway Pre-Owned and they always package things nicely. Bubble wrap and dividers so the club won't get thrown around.

You are gonna love the g430 driver. I sold my Callaway Rogue and upgraded to the g430 recently. Its like a cheat code.

I have used them and Global Golf for all my gear. Global Golfs "certified preowned" are all mint condition, some usually still have plastic on them, and they can have promo code applied to them.

I have used 2ndswing almost exclusively for my purchases on used equip. Their prices are good, the pics show the actual conditions, and have very good descriptions.

Never really had any issues with them.

Never had anything but great service from them. I highly recommend 2nd Swing.
