Scheffler could potentially end this thing today. If he shoots 67 or something like that it is probably over (I would be very shocked to see that out of Bryson or Max).

If he doesn't run away from the field, I think -5 heading into tomorrow will have you in the conversation.

So heading into today, I think there's a pretty good crop of people who could get there. Everyone -2 or better. Plus Xander, Fitzpatrick, Smith, Young, and Fleetwood all have it in them to go low.

I don't like to wish bad things on anyone, so not cheering for the top of the leaderboard to collapse. Just hope they stay stuck in neutral.

Clarification:

As of last night the forecast was for winds a little under 10 with gusts up to 15.

Now the forecast is for wind 10-12 with gusts up to 22.

Didn't mean the wind today will be worse than yesterday. Don't think we'll see any wind blowing out of bunkers today.

With moderate wind I think you need to get to -10 or 11 through Sunday to be in the convo.
So if your even you need to shoot consecutive 67's or so

I agree with your analysis. Most likely scenario is Scottie goes and puts this out of reach, but -2 guys are still in it.

I choose sex too but we're all different stages in our lives. I'm in my early 30s but some may just want to retire and play golf.
