Buddy installed this on his Caddytek some years ago. Now they have a "follow me" function also.

My course isn't walkable...so said many. Front nine alone is 4.5 miles to walk and it's hilly as ****. I decided to walk it last week, front nine only and I felt death by 3rd hole, legs jello. Then it was intermittent up and down and not so bad.

Then walked the back nine Friday and it was an easy walk.... Should never listen to fat ****ers.

Anyone have this?

One of the guys in my group bought one a couple of years ago and only played a few rounds with it. He found it difficult to maneuver compared to the other options out there. I have a MGI Navigator AT (the one they sell at Costco) and it is great. Instead of purchasing it at Costco, call the guy at www.kaddymart.com. He purchases the Costco returns. He will sell you a used one (mine had 8 miles on it) at around 25% off and does not charge sales tax. Several of the guys in my group now have one.

hey I just got this a few weeks ago.

The quality is perfect, and I've been testing remote only to see if I wanted to buy the follow me attachment.

I would give it an A+. It has exceeded my expectations. I had a nice bag boy quad XL, so I didn't want to buy a whole new cart.

I have an Alphard and love it. Dont think the follow function is necessary, especially since it was expensive last time I looked.. If you cant drive it adequately with the remote then I dont know how you operate any vehicle

I can get about 36 holes out of a charge on my relatively flat home course. Installation took about 15 minutes for my caddytek push cart.

I bought one of these for storage in the car. It is the perfect size to hold the motor, wheelie bars, charger and the front wheel from my push cart. I pull the battery and keep it in my golf cabinet so it doesnt get too hot or cold in the car.

Did you get the Zip X3?
How does it handle the hills?

Mine is the Zip Navigator - has the remote. I think the x3 is not remote, right? I do not see why someone would get the remoteless. Total gamechanger.

Mine handles the hills just fine. I have one golf buddy that has a Navigator as well and another that has the AT version (front wheels are further apart). I can't say i've seen a reason for the extra $250 for AT because I've never seen any of the 3 come close to tipping

And as far as battery, it seems fantastic. there are 4 bars to indicate charge level - green, yellow, orange and red, which a bar disappears as the charge depletes. It is always still green after 18, after 36 only the green bar has disappeared, and I've played 54 holes with it several times and still haven't seen more than the green bar disappear. I suspect I could put 90-108 holes on it if I wanted.
