Strange weather so far for the week. Watched some coverage yesterday and the announcers looked absolutely bummed. Looking forward to this tourney though. Should be fun. Hopefully we don't see play delayed much if at all.

More people watched Good Good last night than are there. They got lucky. Colder in Las Vegas than Phoenix right now but they didn't get the rain.

(under my breath, of course, nothing out loud after the first outburst) OK, maybe two.

He covered his mouth when he yelled out the F-bomb but the TV crew had the mike volume up pretty loud. It's funny how announcers react to that now. Used to they would immediately cut the mike and the announcers would sound uncomfortable. I guess it happens often enough now that they just roll with it.
I feel Scotties pain though. I've been in a bit of a putting funk lately myself. So many lip-outs from 6 to 10 feet and it's infuriating.

with everyone finishing up round 1 looks like we'll have some late afternoon/early evening golf to try and get as many done with round 2 as possible.

"It was unknown if the victim had been drinking before the incident." I can't imagine why a reporter might have asked that question about an injury like this on 16. Doesn't the reporter know that no one drinks on that hole?

Wish the coverage was more golf channel and not pay peacock… a lot of coverage mid day as round 1 was finishing was golf channel talking heads with quick cut to holes as clips… all about the $eco system.

At least we will always have the Masters where commercials are greatly limited and now on their app we can watch every shot from every golfer. The day they go to PPV is when Augusta National become a daily fee public course.

43 and raining at my house. I'm not right next to TPC but looks like it's raining there too.
You would think that the golf channel could show the remainder of the 2nd round this morning, but they are just showing a replay of yesterday.

They gave the ESPN+ stuff streaming on my Hulu. 4 feeds. Main feed, 2 marquee groups and certain holes.
