Playing the Mission Hills courses this weekend in Palm Springs after getting rained out at Pelican Hill on Friday

Any good restaurant recommendations for Saturday night? Small group.

Was going to play in Palm Springs a few years ago. Since we were in Irvine my wife encouraged me to play Pelican Hill instead. Glad I did, sorry you missed it, but hopefully you can get another crack at it. Let me know how Palm Springs golf is, as we go to Irvine most summers to visit my wife's sister.

I was in LA Quinta Thursday through Saturday and pkayed Stadium, Nicklaus and Norman. Nicklaus and Stadium were tournament condition. Greens at 11.7. Speed wasn't the issue. They were hard as rock where it was hard to even use ballmark repair tool.

Go checkout the Sandbar is Laquinta. You won't regret it. Lots of lonely Cougs.

We then drove to San Diego for a conference and our intention was to play Torrey but couldn't get on. Some tournament... That ended on Saturday. Weather in SD has been perfection Sunday til last night. It's drenched right now.

Yes it is. My retirement destination #1,

If I had to guess Mission Hills CC in Rancho Mirage. I remember taking my dad and his buddies there for his 65th birthday.

Also the home of old Dinah Shore, a women's major where winner of the event dive into the pond.

I can't believe they wouldn't make a tee time for you at Torrey. They should have added a tee time for you.
