Not sure I agree with driver...
And he pipes it. Nerves of steel.

When's the last time a major was won in this fashion? It's not too often you see someone get a big lead early in the tournament and then just maintain that cushion to victory. Usually someone at least jumps up and makes it close.

And Harman just secured his spot on the US Ryder Cup team this year and Justin Thomas may not be on the team given his poor performance in recent weeks.

I see that netjets sponsor on his sleeve. I wonder if he's flying back solo or any buddies on the tour will be joining him.

I don't know if journeyman is the right or wrong word but I can't help but be super happy for Harman. He isn't a person any fan wanted to win coming into the week. He's been very close before. He has nowhere near the power to compete week to week, but a course like this set up for him and he took full advantage.
And now he'll forever be a major champion. Also happy the Yanks took back that jug

The British reporters seem really interested in asking Harman questions about hunting. One dude started a question asking if Harman would rather hunt and kill the rarest animal. Harman cut him off saying that he's not interested in killing rare animals. Seemed like a bait question.

I've always noticed him to be solid and seems top 25 a lot, but that 5 missed cut stat is unreal in todays golf especially considering his avg distance off the tee. That's a rock solid career stat right there.AgLA06 said:Bunk Moreland said:

The crazy thing is he isn't a stranger to the top 30. More top 10 finishes than anyone since 2017. Top 50 career PGA earner. He's only missed 5 cuts his entire PGAT career. He might be a better version of this generation's Matt Kutcher.
Highly successful, always solid and consistent, just not flashy.

Yeah they've been on that all week. Mentioned on the broadcast yesterday they nicknamed him the Butcher of Hoylake
