I've got an 1145am tee time and it's just me. Sorry for late notice but that's how my golf schedule operates these days. Prices have increased as a heads up... I think it's 200 or 225 to play.

2 years ago I put out an open call for a Texags outing at HO and we actually ended up doing it twice. I think the fee at that time was $150. I don't know that it's doable now with the increased fee. I get why they raised it because it was getting hard for members to get tee times with the amount of guest play starting in 2020.

Dang, missed this yesterday. May have taken you up on it. Wife and I have been considering HO membership. Seems like a great place to have quality family time with all the different activities. The sticker shock is real, though....

My buddy came out and was only charged 180 so maybe those were summer rates or just Sat/Sun rates?

I think there is a lower rate if you are under 40. Maybe I'm making that up though. I feel like it's normally 175 or so when I have guests out. $250 is pretty steep

What's the going rate these days?

4 levels if I remember right

-Legacy was at 125k and increasing every quarter and goal was to get it to 200k by 2023
-Full Golf was at 90k and was going up every quarter
-Young Exec was at like 68k and going up every quarter as well
-Social membership was full

I got a packet for a friend and didn't look closely but I think it's $160K Legacy, $125K golf and $90K junior executive. The junior was $40K a year ago. So many people are joining it's only going up and they can raise it regularly. I've been there 14 years and sometimes when I go in the locker room I don't know anyone.

Junior wasn't that cheap a year ago. I initially thought about joining in June 2021 and it was $72k then which was the same price as when I joined earlier this year. The big change on the junior side I think is that they used to offer paying the initiation in four installments. I'm told that isn't an option any longer.

Considering you don't have to pay the difference when you turn 40 I think the junior initiation is still pretty fair. They pump a lot of money back into the club. I wonder how far they are from having a full membership.

I copied and pasted this from an email I got from the membership director last monday. I had someone ask me so I got the information for them. Looks like young executive dues graduate to the next level when they turn 40.

We did 2 Texags outings, one in June 2020 and one the day of the Florida game in October 2020. I think everyone had a really good time and it would be fun again. I'm too F'n old to be an organizer again though. Seems we have a good number of young guys now who are members if they want to organize. I have an email list from everyone that played the other times.

Ouch - glad I got in earlier this year. I'll have to tell my wife how much money I saved us.

I would have to think we're almost full on total memberships. Social is no longer being offered as it's full. The number of new members the past two years is astounding to me.

To anyone thinking about HO as an option there is so much more than golf that make it a great place, particularly for families.
