I agree it's pretty steep. It made me second guess saying yes to the invite. Wife and kids wanted to swim while we golfed so that's about the only reason I agreed lol.

Ouch. That'll definitely cut down the non member play for sure. I enjoyed playing there when you had me out 369, might not see you again unless ya come play Pebble during a FB weekend.
