Anyone have experience purchasing clubs from their site? Interested between the difference of their "like new" and "very good"/"good" conditions.

Purchased numerous clubs from them and they have always exceeded my expectations.

I've purchased a driver, 2 hybrids, and a replacement 9 iron. Very satisfied overall. The 9 iron (Apex 21) was in "good" condition and pretty much just had some chatter marks on it. Had them adjust it 1 up and checked it when it came in. Spot on.

All the others were "very good" and I could hardly tell they'd been used. Driver purchase was a epic speed with Tour AD shaft I had them cut an inch off. Perfect length.

I've always ordered fresh grips on them as well and they look good.

Avoid the lowest quality and you'll never be disappointed. Everything above value looks great every time. Like-new has come in the plastic for me several times.

Ordered an Epic Speed recently in "like new" that came still wrapped in the plastic.

Have ordered wedges previously that also came in the plastic still.

Great place. No idea why anyone would pay full price for Callaway with that.

Always a good deal. Also I'm pretty sure it's shipped from the Austin area. So TX orders get it delivered very quickly.

Another positive experience. Bought a complete CF16 iron set a couple years ago. The worst club was better than advertised and the long irons had almost no wear.

I have bought just about all my clubs from them and get them usually within 2 days. Their warehouse is right by the airport in Austin. Excellent customer service too if you ever have questions. I literally just bought an Epic Max LS driver Tuesday night from there and got it yesterday afternoon. Getting $150 for trading in my Flash and with the deal they were running this past week, it only cost me $102.

I've bought my apex 19s there, an Apex hybrid, and a Rogue driver and far exceeded my expectations.

Same. I even purchased a driver and returned it in about 10 days. Was expecting site credit or some reduced refund of the price. To my surprise I received a 100% refund.

Yes and I've only had great experiences. I think they rate their clubs worse than they actually are.

"Like New" Almost always means still wrapped in the plastic. CPO is 1st class in customer service.

Got my trade in prepped. New driver from them is legit. Brand new with a shaft I was fitted for (got lucky).

Thanks y'all. I pulled the trigger on a set of Apex's Friday afternoon. Came in this evening still in plastic.
