I am headed to Paso Robles for a weekend and was going to try and get some golf in while others did the wine tasting. Anyone have recommendations? I have seen Hunters Ranch and Paso Robles Golf Club.

I've played Hunters Ranch... It's ok with a few funky holes. You will have a good time

Paso is about 1.5 to 2 hours to Monterey
