Overpriced tempo tool.

I feel like you can pick up some very bad habits with it. It's awkward to swing on plane so I beleive you can get yourself in trouble with it.

I have the Sklz equivalent, that was half the cost. I like it for stretching out the muscles warming up. Not sure as far a full on swing training tool
