Keep in mind there's no clubhouse or most facilities you would expect at a high end club. I'm sure that price will go up when the facilities are built out.

My wife's cousins husband is supposedly a caddie out there. I can't imagine them being that busy right now? Isn't only the front nine open for play

Back 9 opens this Thursday. When I was there last Thursday 3 groups played the entire day.
