If anyone wants to get on at Walden let me know. I joined North Gate CC which is partnered with Walden. I dont really like NG that much but Walden is such a nice course I am going to play it for a few months before I cancel my membership. Guest fee is 92 before 1PM and 54 after 1PM

Edit... with the green fee I'd have to assume that's Conroe. Out of curiosity, what sort of deal is NG offering?

Whenever I get some free time I might take ya up on that offer.

When I signed up at NG it was 140$ a month no initiation fee , no food or drink minimums, and only a 30 day notice required to cancel (basically as cheap as you can get). I think being a primary Walden member is more expensive but not a ton more. I get full member benefits at both courses. I'm 23, deal was offered to 35 and under.

I found out the reason they had the deal I got is because they needed the money for course repairs. The 9 holes on the bunkers has been closed since I joined (4-5 months). I like the course at NG, but it is always kind of busy and there aren't many people there in my age range which is why I would consider canceling. The reason I wouldn't cancel is because I think Walden is the best course I have ever played and definitely the best course I have played in texas. Second would be Woodforest and Pine Dunes.
