Yes, we can make up 7 strokes but that would require the 3 teams in front of us to have a mediocre to bad day. The tourney takes 4 players scores from each team so yeah we could win the thing if we get hot.

7 strokes is not much of a lead in this scenario. A team can make up 7 strokes in a few holes. I'd rather be up 7 than down, but it's not a very big lead in the college format.

I am guessing that Nacho will not be playing at the regional tourney. My guess is that Hurley will be back in the top 5.

strong comeback, just fell short

Good competiton gents. Congrats on your women's team finishing strong. We really blew it there at the end. I didn't know you guys had such a great golf facility. It looks like OSU has some serious competition. I'm sure both schools will be fighting it out for the NC!

Nacho will most likely not play in the regionals only to get the team ready for nationals. In nationals, you have to play the match play with the same 5 that play in the stroke play. Apparently Nacho is not as good of a match play player because he did not play last year.

All we have to do is finish in the top 10 in regionals and top 8 of the nationals stroke play. I will then take us in match play!!!!
