Horry is clutch. Granted he'll be collecting social security soon, but you can't replace a guy that just gets it done when it counts.

One of our key priorities. I think the other 2 are to resign Brown and bring Scola over.

Probably right. In reality, I think conventional wisdom believes that the biggest threat to sign Big Shot away from SA, was Miami.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Brown if Sharif really is interested in taking less money to come to SA as was speculated on one of the local news stations last night.

I would imagine that we would offer Brown a 2 year deal, and also come to terms with an extension for Nazi at some point. I think that Brown loves being in SA as he has played his HS and college ball here and now with the Spurs. Can't ask for much better than that.

Supposedly Pop was going to try and meet with Scola when he was down at the Basketball without Borders camp in Argentina, but I haven't read anything as to whether he spoke with him or not. He went down there and then was supposed to take a little vacation on Manu's ranch.

I'm glad we don't have to worry about Horry in Miami. They were the only team that I felt Horry would fit well in.
