A) None- ricky doesnt smoke weed, what's pot, he was just really really dehydrated and a good tsip like him would never touch the stuff
B)1 more time and be suspended 4 games
C)twice more and be suspended for AT LEAST a year...im not sure how the league handles this, i guess they have discretion for determining the maximium length

personally....he's been CAUGHT twice in his 5 year career....they are going to watch him even closer than before and he doesnt strike me as the type that is going to quit anytime soon, c would really not suprise me

anybody know the last NFLer to get caught 4 times? i dont remember a football player ever suspended at least a year, has it ever happened?

Poor hummer, trying to spin it onto an Aggie.

C'mon bro, we all know t.u. is the haven of potheads. Fess up.

Ricky will test positive every year he is in the league. Tummer why don't you ask a more relevant question: Maybe compare chances of superbowl appearances between Dante Hall and Ricky?

...or compare super bowl chances between Priest Holmes and Ricky.

Seriously, y'all stop worrying about your Daddy Ricky's urine. It's weird, even for Aggies.

Ron Dayne is Ricky's daddy.

I think he is number 1 all time in rushing yardage in college. That is where he's at.
ColleyvilleAg06
How long do you want to ignore this user?
ron dayne 1,115 carries....6,397 yards
ricky "i smoke weed to allieviate my SAD symptoms" williams 1,011 carries for 6279 yards
ya....dayne had 100 more carries.....and over a 100 more yards, whats your point? sorry he could handle the load for more carries and could run even when defenses knew he was going to run.

but that is besides the point, ricky was a great running back 7 years ago, now he is a drug addict trying to avoid playing by the rules in the NFL. Its not a question of ability its a question of if he can stop smoking weed. Since your ignoring the question should i just assume you agree with me that ricky is going to get suspended at some point?

I'll know Ricky has been suspended when you wet your pants with joy.

Ricky will play football until he doesn't want to play anymore.
ColleyvilleAg06
How long do you want to ignore this user?
how can you be so confident that ricky wont be suspended???
he tests positive twice in 5 years but he wont test positive in the next 10 or so?
Ricky has a drug problem, its not something that will just go away bc he had success in college and his coaches there looked the other way

Sad thing about the whole situation is that instead of trying to help Ricky with his problem while in Austin the "Texas establishment" helped cover it up. Now it is turned into a career impacting problem. This should have been handled differently in Austin for the young man's future. It wasn't like this was a secret.
Texas velvet maestro

Yeah, that is "sad."

What is sadder is that A&M covered up Albert Connell's habit of stealing, and it got him arrested and cut from The Saints. Now he's in canada, injured, and he doesn't have enough money to get home. Poor Aggie.

"So what if *insert 'sip football player name here* is smoking weed?

Well,..um,....you know *insert Aggie football player here* likes to *insert some accusation here*

Typical 'sip bait and switch.

Maybe Ricky took the term "HIGHsman trophy" literally.

Please don't try to run that silly "Ricky will win a Super Bowl ring first" smack here. Kevin Faulk now has two NFL championships.

The dramatic record breaker: With a national audience watching, the all-time NCAA rushing leader Tony Dorsett in attendance and rival and No. 6 ranked Texas A&M fired up to stop him, Williams was 11 yards shy of the all-time NCAA rushing record in his final regular season game. All Williams did was tear off a 60-yard touchdown run (the play was called L King Zin 53) to break the record in one of the most dramatic plays in college football history. The Longhorns upset the Aggies 26-24 as Williams carried the ball 44 times for 259 yards and a touchdown. He also caught 5 passes for 36 yards and with 295 all-purpose yards, he broke Napoleon McCallum of Navy's record that day as well. In his four games against Texas A&M, Williams carried the ball 123 times for 750 yards and six touchdowns and caught seven passes for 68 yards.

For some reason, nobody even knows who Ron Dayne even broke the record against.

Meanwhile, our great grandchildren will still be seeing the run on TV that signaled the moment when the Aggie Daddy arrived from North Carolina.

Ricky put the Aggies in his highlight films and the Aggies didn't even say "thank you".

All kidding around aside, I remember that game well, and remember the run that put him over the top.

I remember him receiving the Heisman Trophy, and remember Mike Ditka giving up the Saints picks to get him.

I painfully remember the Saints losing him to Miami.

I've always admired Williams, there are still quite a few students at my school wearing his New Orleans jersey.

I do hope the test results are negative. Ricky's always been a good guy.

I say Ricky tests positive one more time before the idiot stops publicly doing the drugs.

The Dolphins promptly went from making an annual first round exit from the playoffs to not even making the playoffs once Ricky showed up. Spare me the Super Bowl smack, the Dolphins won't make it, especially with Ricky's 3 yds/carry.

for as many yards as he had on us in 98, his fumbles were the only thing keeping us in the game.

a little home cooking on what was should have been his 4th official fumble late in the game deep in tu territory that A&M recovered prevented what would have set us up for another score which would have been the difference in the outcome.

Does that make Jarrod Morris an alcoholic, Slocum a drug dealer, toombs a drug addict?

The Aggies in question all cleaned their acts up.

wicky weed obviously doesn't care about doing that and continues to smoke marijuana whenever he feels the urge, with complete disregard for the law.

They have, how do you know that? Because Morris hasn't gotten a DWI in the last month? That is almost as stupid as saying Ricky smokes pot whenever he wants. You have no idea about ANY of those things.

Are you f*c#ing kidding? He's only rushed for 3,225 yards and 25 tds (became the first Dolphin in history to lead the league in rushing) since arriving in Miami - yeah, Ricky's really the reason the Dolpins have struggled. [sarcasm]

As for his mary jane problems - it's not the end of the world. I mean, hell - they allow murderers to play in the NFL, right. If it were performance-enhancing drugs, that would be one thing - but I think he'll be just fine.....and all you aggies can stop obsessing over him.

well....at one time yes...yes it does. The point i think we are all trying to make, is whenever those incidents happened nobody got on the horns board and said how many rebounds slocum got or how many tackles morris got against the sips. I think everybody acknowledged that they messed up, that there actions were damaging to the universitys reputation and instead of trying to cover it up and deny it happened or bring up athletic achievements they were suspeneded(at least in slocums case, midseason) and we tried to make them better people that wouldnt make the same mistakes. If a similar situation happened in austin (gee...cant IMAGINE that..) all that would happen is a big cover up and denial without ever really helping the player until in his first 5 years out he tests positive twice. Ricky Williams is currently an embarassment to tu and should be treated that way, not celebrated for his accomplishments 7 years ago.
