Yep, like Looch said, now imagine having to strap up and go to LSU next week. Then after that Auburn, Then Florida. Then Bama. On and on and on. They'd be mince meat. Easier path my ass, they might not be able to even field 22 players by end of year.

If a college football conference alignment were to happen tomorrow, then Baylor and TCU would definitely be in the same conference as SMU. SMU isn't getting an invite to play in the SEC.

Also, what is up with these B12 teams scheduling home-home non-conference games with SEC teams? Baylor fans especially bad-mouth the bottom half of the conference teams and then schedule Ole Miss.

Maybe Baylor - with the NCAA's and SEC's approval - can get 2 seasons of playing an SEC West schedule, play an actual Top 25 P5 non-conference opponent, and if they can win 9 games per year for 2 years, we'll talk.
