After years of research, what did Randolph actually accomplish, besides providing us with some laughs?

I would say he was partially responsible for the trademark suit that removed the "Bevo" part of the sh**** website name. Randy provided the spark for tu to take a good look at protecting their trademarks from crazies like him.

Well done, Randy!

How many hours do you think Dan has invested into the 12th Man Trademark? His biggest accomplishment with that is getting ridiculed by Texas Monthly for being psycho.

And the fact he posted the link in several different places, with pride, is even funnier. The dude lacks any self-awareness.

That blog post, boiled down from its ketch-esque prattle, is just one giant **** on him and his "hot take."

Exactly. This whole episode clearly demonstrates his mental illness. He proudly post the link in several spots claiming validation of fraud, when the words "NO FRAUD" are in the article. He needs professional help.

Since Charles knows soooo much about trademarks, I wonder what his take is on a couple of the sips TM's?? Our friends in Asstin have trademarked the "Block T", the word "Texas" as well as the color "burnt orange". Now I'm no expert, but I know every bit as much Randolph Dork knows about Trademark/copyright law & I am pretty sure the "Block T", the word "Texas" and that baby shtt orange color were in use prior to their being officially trademarked by t.u.

Did tsips invent the letter "T", the word "Texas" or that crappy color? NO! But If you ask those narcissistic *******s or that Charles Whitman wannabe Randolph Dork, they would probably tell you they did. However, They did not. They were in use in generic form for a couple of years (or so!) before the those dumbasses filed their paperswork, so according to Shatterfields logic, his school admins committed FRAUD by filing said FRAUDULENT documents, Right? The same "logic" applies to both, wouldn't it?

I have personally been in contact today with Governor Abbott over the use of the word Texas, with Crayola Crayons Corp. over the use of the color Burnt Orange and Billy of the New Kids on the Block over their use of the Letter T and all three entities have ensured me that they have their best litigators lined up, a veritable dream team if you will, the best of the best, the cream of the crop and they plan to sue Texas university over their fraudulent claim to these marks.

With the information I have forwarded to these fine folks, there is no doubt whatsoeva, they will win their suit and forever change the landscape of college football in the state of Texas! This is going to be something to tell your great grandparents about and it happens at exactly 09:27ish on Friday March 11 G.M.T, but if not Friday, probably on Monday March 14 about 10:34 or so, but definitely no later than dark thirty on Tuesday March 15 or is it midnight on May 18? Strap up your assless chaps Cowboys, it's going to be a great ride......

For his next "course of history altering" project, perhaps Randolph can lead the charge of the law enforcement Texas Rangers as they sue the pants off the baseball Texas Rangers for trademark infringement.

I find it amazing that alumni of schools that do a great job of fulfilling their intended mission in the structure of higher education in Texas ***** about schools that do a great job of fulfilling their intended mission in the structure of higher education in Texas. For what Tech was established to do, they do a great job. Likewise, U of H, UNT and a couple of others I can think of.

The reality is that Tech wasn't established to serve the same purpose as was UT. Neither was ****. Thankfully, **** is starting to get closer to its intended mission, that being to offer a less intellectually rigorous higher education in specific areas of need to the Texas economy and to do so serving as many Texans as possible and at the lowest cost possible. Tech was established to do much the same as ****, but to serve the needs of the regional economy in west Texas. Because Tech alumni and administrators didn't have the low self esteem issues that have traditionally held **** from fulfilling its true potential, Tech arguably does a better job of fulfilling its intended mission that does ****. Its just that ****, being a branch of The University of Texas, has access to the UT endowment and has more financial resources to help deal with all their stupid decisions on what mission to seek to fulfill.

When alumni like those from Tech or **** start measuring their school against its intended mission instead of measuring their school against The University of Texas, they will be much less like slorch in their senseless criticism of the direction UT Austin is heading. Of course, that isn't going to happen anytime soon, because the burnt orange yardstick is what almost every college and university in Texas measures itself by. And they shouldn't.
