I have not heard that level of BS in a long time.
I doubt any leader needs to ever HAVE to know any coding. Is that ever on a job description for a leader? Ever?
"I am sorry but while you have an excellent background for CEO or Director, etc, you are not a leader because you don't know how to code" ... WTF?
Wow. Does he not know there are plenty of other people like Business Analysts, Managers(especially of IT) that do this every day.
Maybe he is specifically talking about mid managers of IT departments? But then that would be logical and there is not an ounce of that in that man. That would also disregard our very good CS or MIS majors.

He must be testing the limits of the stupidity of his followers because you would have to be pretty stupid to believe his BS.

His followers on Twitter absolutely ate up his nonsense. Morons such as Longhorn Frenzy among others. The funny thing is that almost all of his twitter disciples fit the criteria of what he says Aggies are. Highly uneducated, possibly some community college. Low level jobs etc., one of the reason these t shirt sips ate his diatribe up is because they want to believe it so bad. Thing is Charles is delusional enough he's convinced himself it's all true.

Randy is still alive and well on surlyhorns, orangebloods, etc. He and others show posts from Texags on a regular basis. Don't kid yourself, they look at this board hourly if not more. Randy just does not have the balls to post on here. He got kicked off of Twitter, kick off wikipedia and no telling where else. I am surprised that he does not get tired of all of his fellow 'sip posters making fun of him and his posts. They beat up on him worse than we do. They all know he is full of crap.

People with Narcissistic Personality Disorder exaggerate their skills and accomplishments, and their degree of intimacy with people they consider high-status. Such a sense of personal superiority may cause them to monopolize conversations, or to become impatient and disdainful when other persons talk about themselves. When wounded in the ego, either by a real or a perceived criticism, the narcissist's displays of anger can be disproportionate to the nature of the criticism suffered;but typically, the actions and responses of the NPD person are deliberate and calculated. Despite occasional flare-ups of personal insecurity, the inflated self-concept of the NPD person is primarily stable.
To the extent that people are pathologically narcissistic, the person with NPD can be a self-absorbed control freak who passes blame and is intolerant of contradictory views and opinions; is apathetic towards the emotional, mental, and psychological needs of other people; and is indifferent to the negative effects of his or her behaviors, whilst insisting that people see him or her as an ideal person. To protect their fragile self-concept, narcissists use psycho-social strategies, such as the tendency to devalue and derogate and to insult and blame other people, usually with anger and hostility towards people's responses to the narcissist's anti-social conduct. Because their fragile egos are hypersensitive to perceived criticism or defeat, people with NPD are prone to feelings of shame, humiliation, and worthlessness over minor incidents of daily life and imagined, personal slights, and usually mask such feelings from people, either by way of feigned humility, or by socially isolating themselves, or by responding with outbursts of rage and defiance, or by seeking revenge. The merging of the inflated self-concept and the actual self is evident in the grandiosity component of narcissistic personality disorder; also inherent to that psychological process are the defense mechanisms of idealization and devaluation and of denial.

The DSM-5 indicates that: "Many highly successful individuals display personality traits that might be considered narcissistic. Only when these traits are inflexible, maladaptive, and persisting, and cause significant functional impairment or subjective distress, do they constitute narcissistic personality disorder." Given the high-function sociability associated with narcissism, some people with NPD might not view such a diagnosis as a functional impairment to their lives. Although overconfidence tends to make people with NPD very ambitious, such a mindset does not necessarily lead to professional high achievement and success, because they might be unwilling to compete, or refuse to take risks, in order to avoid failure or the appearance of failure. Moreover, the psychological inability to tolerate disagreement, contradiction, and criticism, and their apathy towards other people, make it difficult for persons with NPD to work cooperatively or to maintain long-term, professional relationships with superiors and colleagues.

Is so delicious to see Randolph exhibiting literally all of these traits. My personal favorite is the high level of overconfidence that makes them very ambitious, but rarely leads to success in life as they are unwilling to compete, or refuse to take risks, in order to avoid failure or the appearance of failure. Lets see a useless PLM degree then take the series 7 and become a broker and work for various brokerage houses usually less than a year and doing it in low risk fixed income. Now in business for yourself with no clients. Hmmmmmmm.

So when a person who suffers from NPD experiences the 'dynamic' of having a member of the primary group that he is hostile to (and hypersensitive to) comes in and boinks his significant other on the regular...............would that hurt or help his mental condition??? You know, in case that happened.

Quote:

If individuals from Texas A&M made any difference whatsoever to the quality of the U.S. military effectiveness, even in the slightest, individuals participating in ROTC on the A&M campus would be required to serve after graduation and not provided with the option of not serving their country.
The reason a specific law exists that exempts a g g y ROTC students from serving in the military after graduation is that senior military leaders don't see any importance for them to serve. If a g g y s were in any way better suited, better prepared, or had a superior record of military service, military leaders would ensure every a g g y ROTC graduate served. In reality, just the opposite exists.

I know it hurts the feelings of a g g y s around the world and the fact is that if ROTC was ended on the A&M campus today not only would the abilities of the U.S. military not be negatively affected, the argument could easily be made that military effectiveness would improve through the reallocation of resources to schools where ROTC graduates actually serve and not just run around playing fake army, demanding people thank them for their non-service.
I see Satterfield's life continues to be uninspiring and uninventive.
