Va Tech is getting the " woodshed " in all aspects. It's not even as close as the score, currently 28-7 going into the 4th Q.

And I guess those mighty Rice Owls and New Mexico State Aggies are really helping your SOS? tu99, you know your OOC schedule is what hurts you the most, can't deny it. Pretty soon, the media will be making fun of you in the same regards as KState for scheduling D-1AA teams. Can't blame in-conference opponents for that stuff. And if you need a comparison, look at Miami's OOC opponents. And, no, you're not Miami, not even close.

and to address the Texas schedule, yes the OOC schedule is not very strong, however Texas has ended the year the past couple with a respectable SOS. Probably not going to happen this year, but last year if you look at all those cupcakes we played, they all went to bowl game. As to your assesment that Miami plays a tough OOC that is cause their conference schedule has sucked so horribly in the past with the exception of VaTech that they got screwed having one loss.

also before throwing around the div IAA you might want to do some research to see about that. I am pretty sure that A&M has played IAA opponents more recently than Texas has

So you get the point about Miami. I guess I should thank you for explaining it to those on this site that wouldn't understand the reference. (By the way, when they schedule these tougher teams, they actually beat them. That was the last reference.)

Lastly, if you think that tu has such a "cupcake" conference schedule, don't you think it would benefit your team to toughen up its OOC schedule?
