Here's the thing - let's assume arguendo that everything Randy says is true. Please show me fraud. Please show me how that meets the legal definition of what is required to be shown, and please show me how it invalidates the TM.

My favorite part is Randy's built in assumption that if it isn't in the school yearbook, it wasn't in use.
Great logic, you ****ing lunatic.

Here's an eyewitness account from Red Thompson, the yell leader who got E King Gill out of the pressbox:

Read this word for word
Two points:
1. EKG says "the practice of standing at football games" "developed in later years when the story was built up"
2. EKG doesn't say it didn't affect him personally. He says he never thought about how it affected him.
quote:Precisely. He's looking at the issue from the wrong perspective, despite claiming he is not.
Continuous use would be the biggest hurdle for anyone contesting A&M's claim. Texas A&M has been using 12th Man continuously since the 20s. Appearances here and there for other schools aren't going to matter very much.

Looking back through the school's yearbooks prior to 1980, more often than not there was no mention whatsoever of the school's "12th Man."
quote:Kishi graduated in '26. We played Sewanee in '26.
here are some "generic" references to A&M's Twelfth Man in 1925.

Randolph-on-the-spot as usual. It's almost like Aggies had never even heard of the 12th Man before 1980.

The newspaper dates are Friday, October 2, 1925 and Wednesday, November 25, 1925 (both The Bryan Daily Eagle). I can probably send you the full papers if you're interested.
