you choose to believe the rumors (or at least you pretend to), and I choose not to. maybe we'll be proven right or wrong someday, maybe we wont.

I just think the funniest part of all this was how quickly yall decided to (pretend to) believe these rumors the minute he left B/CS for Tech.

Read my post. I'd never heard it before until after he left A&M, and the guys I heard it from were Tech fans in Lubbock. You think they'd just make it up? Since then, I've talked to multiple Tech fans who've echoed the same things you're hearing here-that it goes back to his playing days there. I'm not making it up dude. I like Kliff and think he's a great offensive mind and I was optimistic for Tech when he was hired (though I thought it was definitely a risky hire but a good gamble nonetheless). So on one side of the ledger, we have multiple rumors from multiple TECH people, who have every incentive to NOT spread false rumors like that, and those rumors have been consistent across difference groups of TECH PEOPLE. On the other side, we have you, telling us simply that you "choose not to believe it."

Take a step back, try to be objective, and read that again.

I never said whether I believed them or not, and frankly it doesn't matter to me one way or the other because I think he is and will be a good coach. But as Mac said, there are plenty of Tceh people that DO believe them, so don't try to pass this off as just some "Aggie thing".
