Techs system endowment ranks in 86th in the most recent NACUBO study and yes, is quite a bit smaller than UT and A&M. Then again, Techs endowment is about twice the average of the 800 plus institutions studied.

Tech has a ways to go and I think the biggest challenge is going to be increasing the student body to 40k plus students but also trying to increase the quality and one objective seems in direct conflict with the other.

TTs endowment is $890M as of 2011

The A&M system is $7B and the tu system is &17B
