I read two pages from Bobcat's link and the main thing I took from it is that Toy gets punted around there as much as he does here. No wonder he continues to make sock after sock here and come back for more punishment. He doesn't know any other way.

Based on the exchange he had on shag.gybevo, he implies that he spent hours working on setting it up and footed some of the costs with his own money. If something happened (pure speculation) like the rumors imply, my guess is that he took money out to cover his out of pocket expenses and maybe some beyond that to pay himself for his time. If that is the case,(again pure speculation) then he probably justifies it in his mind as fair. Others (again speculating) would think that you should donate your time and money to a charity. In his exchange on shag.gybevo, it is pretty clear that he was passionate about trying to do the right thing for Pittman "I poured my blood, sweat and tears to fund that golf tournament and to put together a weekend that would honor Cole Pittman properly." Independent of what speculatively happened with the money, it was a worthy event.

Jorts...I am not an attorney, but would he have to prove that I knew he didn't commit a crime when I posted that he did in order to commit slander or libel?

You're probably right. However, if you incur expenses for an event and want reimbursement, you ought to provide reciepits to prove it. And if you pay yourself, you need to provide an invoice.

His accountant ought to know the IRS accounting rules. Otherwise, the money he took is unaccounted for and is, effectively, stolen taxable income.

I know you aren't defending him and are just speculating, but he still committed a crime if your scenario is true.

Stealing from a dead guys fund to pay your taxes because you are a dead beat, and we just thought he was a fat disgusting liar and fool. Only gets better.
