I think we finish 7-5.

I think its very possible. I have them with 4 wins (New Mexico, Utah State, UAB, ISU), 4 losses (Okie St., @Tech, @OU, Texas), and 4 swing games (Arky @ Dallas, @KSU, @Colorado, Baylor). The only reason I put KSU as a swing game is that its the only game they play outside the state of Texas the first 2 months of the season. A&M will score points next year. Whether they can keep others out of the endzone will be an issue.

I think we'll finish 7-5 and depending on bowl placement should win our bowl. Anything better would be a great job by Sherman.

I don't see a conference road win on that schedule

i don't see KState or Colorado as much of a factor.

Snyder coming back doesn't spell improvement to me and Colorado remains mediocre at best.

They should be able to score some points, but you are 100% correct about the defense. W'&L's will depend on how much the defense improves. I could see 9-3 to 6-6.

Hopeful 7-5, reality 4-8

I'd like to see us go 6-6 and make a bowl. That's my expectation. 7-5 would be fantastic. Anything better than that and I'll be ecstatic.

Team improvement is going to have to come from the individual improvement of the returning players. I don't know how much of that you can realistically expect in 1 year. I really wish we could have landed an instant impact player on defense in this recruiting class, like Loston.

And you have Tech at what? It's really annoying to have to mark down games in Lubbock as automatic L's until we prove otherwise, given the grand canyon of advantages we have over Tech.

Why do you think we lose to Arkansas? All that said, I'd take 7-5 in Year 2 after that awful first year.

Don't you all have quotas? I thought you all got fired if you didn't book enough shifts. Then again, you all probably work at a commission only agency so him hanging around really isn't a huge burden to the overhead costs.
