That sounds like every team in America.

Tech gets a W in Lubbock, probably has 8/9 wins, and Annie's teets get another inch closer to the ground. Nothing much will change.

loss. tceh is replacing a lot on the offense, line, qb, receivers. it will take time to mesh as a unit, plus bo will have that NU defense well prepared. I expect NU to win the north next year.

The Coogs could surprise you. Their leading rusher and 2 of their top 3 receivers were fish, and the QB was a sophomore. This could be a 63-62 game, and you never know what happens with those.

Houston's moving on up a bit lately, happy for them. I really like Sumlin too, I would've liked him to come to A&M.

Nothing from 7-5 to 10-2 will surprise me.

My guess would be 9-3, with a loss in Austin and 2/3 from OSU, OU, and NU.

No disgrace in following an 11-2 season with a 9-3 season.

Honest question - why do Texas Tech folks (some, not all) bag on Texas A&M and call Aggies "sheep humpers" etc? I can understand this coming from UT as they're located in Austin, one of the most eclectic cities in the Southwest and a location known for technology, research, etc. Texas Tech has some pretty rich agricultural roots and has a very good agricultural program as well as old money connections to many well-to-do ranchers, cotton farmers, and oil tycoons. The South Plains isn't exactly the most refined place around, it's simplistic (a good thing, in my opinion). Anyway, I never really understood someone that went to school in Lubbock bashing a school in College Station (or vice versa). Texas Tech should be proud of their agricultural connections, that's probably their most marketable program.

North Dakota? For crying out loud, someone in the Big 12 needs to stop this. And no, Texas' OOC is no better this year.

I think it has more to do with the fact that you were once an all-male school.

As soon as we have a playoff, we will start to see better ooc matchups.

what? OOC schedules will improve ONCE they are actually taken into account. now, there is really no penalty for a weak OOC. Start deducting for this and teams will cowboy up. I would think it would get worse by having a playoff. Starting the year 2-2 or worse doesn't mean you would get in unless the OOC schedule is actually taken into account. but I agree with you, these weak ass schedules are bad. One game yes, but 2-3.

We probably all better hope they are not the same team as they were this year.

I sent the club a wire stating, Please accept my resignation. I don't care to belong to any club that will have me as a member.

Two bowl teams in nonconf isn't bad, relatively speaking.

I could see UofH getting some top 25 votes.

Weak OOC cost you all a chance to play for the Big-XII title.

Explain how that played out for Tech?

And by the way, who the fu'ck are you?
