Is there any reason not to use TWIA vs Private windstorm? The premiums are a lot lower and the roof coverage seems better since it's RCV vs depreciated.

I've had TWIA replace a roof before about 10 years ago and didn't have any issues with them then. Is there any reason not to use them now?

All I can tell you is friends with condos in Rockport would move from TWIA if they could. Terribly slow on paying claims and the State Board of Insurance was precious little help.
