With now 2 kids at A&M who will be looking off campus, we are switching gears from buying land within an hour to BCS to possibly buying a house/duplex within a reasonable distance to campus. Who's the best in the business who know the local market when it comes to rental rates and purchase rates. Looking at it from an investor perspective primarily.
