Looking to buy a student housing property in CS

Howdy,
With now 2 kids at A&M who will be looking off campus, we are switching gears from buying land within an hour to BCS to possibly buying a house/duplex within a reasonable distance to campus. Who's the best in the business who know the local market when it comes to rental rates and purchase rates. Looking at it from an investor perspective primarily.

Bout to go vertical on my newest student housing townhome project. Each unit is individually made available for sale. Slightly Deeper garage than my last deal, too. Fantastic location.

I have been buying and selling in College Station for 25 years.
To answer your question about who is the best.
My opinion the answer is far and away Chad Hovde. .
