I used Jonathan Dooley at DOOLEY INSPECTIONS LLC for an inspection in the East Bernard area last year. I'm pretty sure he does Katy (and most Fort Bend County) inspections. They are thorough, reasonably priced, and if you go with him on the inspection tour he really explains things. The inspection report is electronic with lots of photographs.

By the way, the inspection showed enough problem areas that I decided to enforce the option and canceled the contract.
