Small acreage property w/ home in an area with next to nothing available in the way of sales comps due to the age of the development. So, a realtor has suggested hiring an independent appraiser to look at it, and it's a 1-2 hour drive from Houston or Beaumont.
Just beginning to look at this option, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm open. Just trying to help the parents with something, without posting too many details on TexAgs.
