I'm trying to get ahead of Houston's inventory numbers, which will be released on Wednesday. I'm calculating about 1.68 months of inventory, up from 1.4 the month prior. Not 100% sure my calculation is correct as HAR won't let me see their full dataset through Matrix without piecemealing it together, but if that's right, we just saw approximately 20% more inventory hit the market last month, which is obviously a big jump.
