Already sold! I can't even imagine an empty lot going for as low as $35K near any Texas city - and this one is almost half an acre.
I guess the curb appeal is that it looks like your house is literally a curb.

I came across a house here outside Atlanta, on 2+ acres for a reasonable price with a house, so something must have been wrong.
Pictures of the house showed every room filled with junk, some with visible mold on the ceiling and the description mentions being able to sub divide the land if you are a developer. Also had three vehicles in front of the house under tarps, all up on cinder blocks with no tires.
I'm assuming the pictures were to convince people the only option for the house was to bulldoze it.

I may have an irrational hatred of the Mediterranean style, but this could have been such a cooler house with some very minor effort.

The colors inside are definitely weird and too white or stark looking. Like someone is trying to work a gray and cream pallet at the same time and it's just not working. Or it could be bad HDR from the photographer, who knows.

The dining room is the 4 feet of bar space on the other side of the sink.
