That house is 95% marble tile. Upstairs, downstairs, everywhere.
So lets rundown the list:

That is some seriously bad tile work in there! Even if it's the pictures that make the gaps look uneven you shouldn't use stuff that small if the walls aren't close to being square. I'm not convinced the stuff on the floor is actually floor tile either.
They took a whole bathroom, gutted it, and made it one giant decontamination room.

Just looking at all of those pictures, I get the feeling they tried to cram a 4,000 square foot whole home update into 1,600 square feet.
i think the shower photo is extremely deceiving and skewed, but the tile looks like booty. Also I cant believe someone would pay that much to live directly under a transmission station.
Yeah, they definitely didn't do themselves any favors or splurge on a photographer. It looks like crappy photos they edited themselves and are out of proportion.

That's wide angle lens distortion, which pushes elements in the middle of the image further away. Those two doors are likely very similar in width. Awful photos.
Edit to add: that room is very tiny in person.
If you assume those bathroom subway tiles are 5-6" long a piece, which is pretty standard. that bathroom is probably 6-7 feet deep.
Also pro-tip, black grout on white tile highlights every tiling imperfection. And also, hexagonal tiles are the hardest to lay correctly.
I would assume anyone who made these tiling decisions also didn't do a good enough job on putting down water proofing.

On the plus side, black grout is one of the surefire ways to avoid black mold

Just an awful design but I can state that I like the abundance of large windows on the front of the house. On the inside, that's a lot of natural light (and probably a lot of heating and cooling if those aren't quality windows).
That looks like someone converted their hay barn to a home. The original barndominium.
