I don't see how zoning really comes into play here, but always seems to be the de facto comment about Houston real estate

great location. Some of the inside rooms are really nice, some are a problem de to corners. Would a pain in the ass trying to cook in that kitchen if two people were involved. Those last cabinets in the corner of the kitchen must be for show or for the dishes you only use once a year on a holiday..
What do you boys want for breakfast BBQ ?.....OK Chili.

Metal detector by the front door was my favorite touch.

If you asked me to describe the quintessential "we've made it" house in Santa Fe I'm not sure I could do a better job.

It's tackiness and kitsch is perfection. Frankly it should be preserved as is by the National Historic Register for future generations to enjoy.

Wasnt trying to "sympathy thieve". From the decks, it opens directly to grass. Again- no sidewalks or full driveway (drive pulls up to side of house with no "drive" in front- something I plan on changing in the future and I plan to add a walkway and drive in front)
