The manuals are for the "extra" Italian appliances (intended for another project) that someone (the listing agent?) has on site and will install at no extra charge, if the buyer prefers.

Edited to add: Buyer has to pay for the appliances. Installation is free.

I like the two Yeti mugs and the cheap Wal-Mart/HEB candle on the open display shelves in the kitchen island.

Definitely shows how down-to-earth and "real" one can be even when living in a $600k house. No pretension here!

Its your standard 4-1-1 switch alignment, so I'm not sure why it'd be so hard to get a plate on there.

There seems to be a non GFCI outlet a foot away from a sink, so I'm guessing building codes were more guidelines when this was updated.

I guess they had a little plumbing issue behind the washer and dryer.

It must be their belief that there was no reason to clean up that house before taking photos. The dirty oven is my favorite.

Honestly, I don't even blame them for their photos. Professional photos aren't going to change the outlook on that home in that neighborhood.

Its an old 3/2 in a neighborhood that has homes looking way rougher than that. There's a new section of homes down the street. No upside to update. Renters aren't going to take care of it.

Just be happy the lawn looks immaculate.

I actually kind of like that one! The blue LED lighting in the sunken living room is a little over the top, but for that style of decor, I think it's pretty tastefully done.

I really like the kitchen countertops. I'd never actually do that in my own house, but it fits here. And I've never seen countertops done like that.

Given the current imbalance of supply vs demand, has not having pictures/good pictures become sort of status symbol? Are agents/sellers trying to make the statement like "We know supply is so low, buyers are so desperate, and our house is so great that we don't even need to waste our time posting good pictures on the MLS."?

I know realtors who are going to the open house today just because they have always wanted to see this place inside.

I still cannot believe that house was built, and the house they demolished was a fantastic very stately older home.

Most of that house, with a few exceptions, looks really nice. That wall is total WTF, obviously. I know almost nothing about that market... but am going to guess that's priced high for the area...?
