By the definition used here I think that room would be good for about 10 square feet.

I like the rest of the place. Kitchen seems well done to me and it's nice to see a place where they didn't trash the original doors or trim, or slap on yet another layer of paint on top of everything.

I see that one as having a lot of potential. A decent amount of the place looks original and if someone is able to get rid of the late '60s junk and whatever the hell that big room with all the wood paneling is and bring it in line with the rest of the house it could really work out.

When I moved to The Woodlands, I looked at a house with a "pool". Thing probably wasn't more than 4 ft deep, and if I stood in it and reached my arms out perpendicular to my body, I would have touched both sides (and I'm not that tall).

It wasn't a pool, it was an in-ground bath tub.
