Im up the road from that house. They actually did a fair bit of work; it was in ROUGH shape. And I bet they'll get close to asking. It is crazy around here.

I lived in the area for the past 2-3 years. What happened to prices blew my mind. They're going to get very close to asking. And it's ridiculous.

Something's f*cky with that kitchen... it's hard to tell exactly what's going on there.

I recognize that tub in the second bathroom, I just put one in but it's a different color. American Standard stopped making it 50 years ago.

No refrigerator or place to put one, recirculating vent hood (about $50 at best buy- I looked at it), "built in" microwave shoved on top of oven in a double oven slot. Lots wrong....

Edit- I guess refrigerator goes by oven/microwave

It looks like they ran blue PEX to a shutoff valve at the right end of the cabinetry, but it's kind of hard to tell because the pictures aren't that high a resolution.

A lot of the time I get this kind of vibe about flipped houses. Just... not good, better get out of here.

Looks like an ice maker line. Pretty sure that house is pier and beam, so no reason to not do it right. Oh well.

Yeah, it's been there for years. It's been a real mess till recently when a national chain bought the development and started crapping out cheaply built, slightly expensive homes.

I wonder how many came yesterday. I drove by and that dallisgrass was waist high and seeding. Windows still taped up with butcher paper. Inspection licenses still in the windows. Can't believe they think it will go for $415m for that.
