assuming you are putting your current personal home on the rental market or at least that was your residence not long ago. either way, that's a nice looking house.

Yeah I moved about a year ago. Some friends have been living there while they remodel a home they just bought. It's a rental, but not in the purest sense.

Yeah that was a $10,000 gift to my wife that doesn't cook LOL

and I prolly wouldn't have painted the fireplace either but it came to me that way.
