You realize the "late 2010s" were still occurring less than 2 years ago, right? That house is very nice on the inside, IMO. An hour or so of cleaning before pictures, and we wouldn't be talking about it at all.

I will say this....it must have taken superb discipline for the photographer to resist taking pictures of the purple mountain majesties in favor of the unfinished attic and garage spaces.

Yeah, I know and it's still in. Without looking at the build date I'd guess the place is 2 years old tops, because that's when I saw brushed brass fixtures reaching this price point.

The place will sell just fine, it's just very much a look that I'm not a fan of.

OMG. They could have shoved all the clutter on the kitchen island into the sink, put the cushion back on the chair, thrown the comforters back on the beds, hidden most of the clutter out of the frame... behind the couch, beds, into closets, etc. I can't believe these photos.

I'm guessing they were trying to be funny by showing "reality", but homes are aspirational, vision-based purchases and I'm not sure that "leftover corn dog stick on paper plate" is what I'd be posting.

Cabinet knobs being crooked was a nice touch to their life with kids photos.
So, with 6 kids, you stage the house and have it cleaned, and you go outside to check the mailbox, and it looks like this when you come back.

Good call with the 6 kids thing, I should've assumed mormon because the place is in SLC. And sure enough there's the big J on the wall in what looks like a girl's room!

It's under contract and I wouldn't be surprised if it's converted to a single family home.

She looks old in the MLS photo. With the residential real estate "profile photo curve" she likely is 100. Some of you guys on here are probably about the age you should be using your high school grad photo.

I don't remember what the house... all that sticks in my head is all the trophies. We have them in our own home, just not so many. And the last time we sold a house, they came off the walls and went into storage until the house sold.

House also has carpet in the dining room and bathrooms. Just need to carpet the kitchen to win the trifecta. I once bought a house with a carpeted kitchen.

I actually kinda dig that house. Counters are too dark, would be brighter with lighter counters, but it's not bad.

Not so much of a fan, it's like they saw the color the USAF paints everything and decided to do follow their lead.

I had enough gray dealing with depot level maintenance.
edit: checked some old records from a project I ran and I dealt with that exact tail number in summer 2005!
