It seems to be picking up in DFW.

What's your take on it?

Agreed that it's picking up in DFW.

We are fortunately very busy. We are blessed to have a great base of clients that refer friends and family, and we also are blessed to be a part of the AGGIE family. Had a great listing appointment today with an Ag.

D/FW is quite possibly the best market in the US.

Good Ag,

It's not bad for sellers at lower price points. At higher price points it gets tougher.

For buyers there is decent inventory and the ability to get a reasonable price to go along with crazy low interest rates.

For Realtors - for my company, it's very good right now. I'd like to think we are some of the more hard working Realtors as well, so that goes hand in hand. Many Realtors are struggling right now, but that's probably not a bad thing....there are WAAAY too many of us.

Thanks. I like how you framed each of those. There is good and bad at every level, I guess.

Winter has been much busier than last Summer. Some of our manufacturing crews are working 7 days a week. Waiting to see if it is sustainable before we hire more people to reduce overtime.

Never been busier. However I'm not working on a single loan that requires more than a 2075 right now.
