I'm ready to move past Monday night's dismal performance. We as fans are disappointed by what we saw and all that we didn't see, but it's time to support our team and hope for a better outcome Thursday. Let's not forget these are still young people, one of whom is dealing with a very recent tragedy. They are Aggies and they need our support now more than ever. Gig Em!!

While I agree with this in theory and will do my part in supporting these young women as students of Texas A&M, I do think it's okay to hold them accountable for what they are producing and putting on the floor. Joni will not have butts in the seats until she starts winning. Unfortunately, that's just a fact. I really haven't seen anything that makes me believe that will happen this year, or as someone else pointed out, even next year based on available talent that might join our program. I will continue to golf clap until we see some energy and the expectations are raised from within the program. I'm not even convinced the coaches expect more based on the most recent interviews. "I could see this coming" and "I'm not surprised by this result" is an embarrassing thing to admit. Trisha Ford gets it; Elko gets it; Weaver gets it; Earley gets it, Buzz gets it - energy, determination, growth. At this point, Joni and staff get a D from me.

I still plan to watch the game, but I was triple booked when it was a live broadcast. One game isn't a season or even really a direction. But nothing makes sense at the moment about the program. Look forward to understanding what the story is or more importantly what the story arc will be.
