I co-signed a loan for my daughter on a car, now paid off. Both our names are listed on the title. I want to make her sole owner, getting my name off the title.

To properly execute this, are the steps:
1. Complete TxDMV Vehicle Transfer Notification (done)
2. Both she and I sign as "Owner"
3. Do BOTH of us sign as Seller on back of title, Assignment of Title" section?
4. She would sign as Buyer?

First question is how is the car titled today? Are you both on it and does it say and or or between your names if you are both on it?

Yes, we are both listed separately. No "and" or "or."
