Looking for help with a nonprofit. Starting with <15 part time and 10 full time employees but will grow. Looking to have some help with HR until big enough to have something in house. Anyone have recommendations of a company to help with this? This would be to make sure we are compliant, can perform appropriate background checks for future employees and annually for current, and possibly handle payroll/benefits.

There's a lady I've used for the better part of a decade and she is a rockstar. Retired Chief HR officer or VP of HR at a couple places. She's mostly a one woman show, is very affordable, and when we have dicey situations she gives really great judgement. Happy to connect if interested.
